At La Momotte, we are committed to shipping your orders quickly and efficiently. Here are the details of our shipping policy:

1. Order Processing Times:

  • All orders are processed within 1-4 business days upon payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your geographic location (3 to 6 business days)

3. Shipping Costs:

  • Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order.
  • We offer free shipping for orders over 70€ (EU) and 80€ (non-EU)

4. Order Tracking:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number.

5. Delivery Problems:

  • If your package is lost, delayed or damaged, please contact us immediately at contact@lamomotte.com . We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.

6. International Shipping:

  • We ship to several EU countries. Delivery times may vary depending on destination and local customs.
  • Any customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

7. Incorrect Shipping Address:

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for undelivered or delayed packages due to incorrect information provided by the customer.

8. Shipping Returns:

  • If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or unclaimed address, we can arrange for re-shipment, but additional charges may apply.

Return policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns under the following conditions:

1. Return Period:

  • You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to return your items.

2. Return Conditions:

  • Items must be returned in their original condition , unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

3. Return Shipping Costs:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the package reaches us safely.

4. No Restocking Fees:

  • No restocking fees will be applied for items returned in accordance with our policy.

5. Reimbursement:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return is approved, a full refund (excluding return shipping fees) will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 14 business days.

6. Exceptions:

  • Personalized items, perishable products, and items sealed for hygiene reasons that have been opened are not eligible for return.
